elevator toilet in the room was bad (water doesnt go easily when showering...)
Hotel is rather small and friendly. Design of hotel is excelent. The rooms are clean and quiet. Very gracious and helpful stuff. Good breakfast. The placement of the hotel is in 3 minutes from Duomo - you will never get lost in this town.
The Internet very expensive and of low quality.
The expression that "Guests of Hotel La Booked.net are welcomed with a complimentary seasonal basket of fruit, chocolates, water and other treats." is not true. It must be updated the information in Booked.net. In addition, internet is very expensive. 14 Euro for half and 1 hour, 28 Euro for 24h. Why? It is very strange! Hotel hasn't got a luggage room and you can't late check-out!
it was a lovely hotel, clean and good value for what we paid
the room was right behind the reception desk
An excellent located hotel which only requires 10 mins walk to the Dumo. All the room are with distinctive characteristic,be ware of the draining system, those bathing sharks will be sunk as it took ages for the water to drain.
The Hotel staff were very helpful! They helped us make a collect call (which is not very straight forward in Italy) as well as found us a doctor that spoke our language and could come right to the hotel. Excellent service, I would deifnitly stay here again!
The staffs made us feel very welcome, looked after our needs and interesting to converse with. Very helpful with directions and needed phone calls.
In an ideal location, this reasonably priced hotel offers good value with comfort and excellent customer service.
The small breakfast room feels cramped if it happens that all guests are eating at the same time.
The location was good, clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast.
Location was close to attractions, staff was super helpful and friendly, hotel was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was great, including a variety of fruit. Perfect for women's get away and there were four of us! We highly recommend this hotel.
Very friendly staff, great location.
- Bath drain did not flow properly - Every evening, when we come back to the hotel, we would find our bedroom with all lights on. I don't know if this is an internal rule of the hotel, but it seemed unnecessary.
Location is great - 5 minute walk to Duomo, walking distance to other attractions and leather stalls. 10-15 minute walk to the central station. Hotel is small (note for location it is in the same building as Leonardo da Vinci museum) but rooms are big (at least ours and the other I looked into). Self service breakfast has a good selection of bread, pastries, fruits, meats, yoghurts, cakes and snacks.
Can get a bit noisy as rooms all seem to be on one floor, ours was right outside reception and the breakfast room. Also the street outside could be noisy on occasion.
We liked its location, near station and tourist areas. The decor is agreable and some effort has gone into it.
We found the hotel to be very compact with poor views and poor breakfast choices. The hotel is above shops and appears to consist of one floor only? We paid £98 for a twin room for one night, I was not impressed with the value for that amount of money.
The location is great just a 2 minutes walk from The Duomo.
The hotel is really old and they really need to change their dirty bed covering with a quilt. The breakfast is OK when compared with the price but do not have high expectations.
Location: 600 m from the Duomo. Good breakfast; fresh eggs and even the German rye bread. Friendly staff.
Sink and shower flooding - water not draining.
